Alco-Sensor VXL is a professional evidence bluetooth breathalyser with an electrochemical sensor made by the American producer Intoximeters USA. Electrochemical sensor features high sensitivity. Moreover, while measuring, it selects only primary and secondary alcohols ignoring side chemicals which could adversely affect the test results, i.e. for instance acetone and menthol.

• evidence mode - a test performed with the use of a disposable mouthpiece. The measurement shows the alcohol concentration in the exhaled air,
• manual mode - enables to perform tests on unconscious people, vapours in the air or in a bottle,
• initial mode - the measurement is taken with the use of a funnel and the operator is notified only on whether the exhaled air contains alcohol or not.

The test results are produced in a flash. Preparation of the devices normally takes not more than 30 seconds. Intervals between the measurements are not longer than 20 sec and the measurement itself (time of exhaling the air) takes just 5 sec. A great advantage of this model is the possibility to enter details of the person examined, including Personal identification number, name and surname, which makes this device perfect for applications in forwarding and transport companies for drivers’ sobriety tests.

Results are saved in the built-in memory which can store over 5000 test results. The built-in Bluetooth module enables printing the test results with the use of the dedicated wireless printer.

The VXL evidence bluetooth breathalyser is powered by 3 AAA cells which can be easily and quickly exchanged. Alco-Sensor VXL features a well-though-out design which makes it possible for use both by right-handed and left-handed operators. The casing of the device is made of hypoallergenic ABS material that guarantees a firm grip even in the most stressful situations.
