The Aimpoint company's history began in 1974, when the Swedish sport shooter and hunter wanted to improve the effectiveness of target shooting. He received financial support and began to work on ways to improve the accuracy of shooting. The goal was simple but ambitious - create aiming technology that would allow you to quickly get the target and hit moving targets in all weather and lighting conditions. Aimpoint is a Swedish company based in Sweden and a subsidiary in the United States. We have two production plants located in Sweden, one in Malmö at headquarters and one in Gällivare. Each crosshair is built by hand, has an individual identification number and undergoes rigorous testing and numerous quality controls during the production process. The sights are designed for use in the real world. The Aimpoint production meets the highest quality standards, and Aimpoint AB is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015.
