Despite its small size, the functionality is impeccable – it generates a sound of very high quality and works precisely on 100 kHz – 1299.995 MHz frequencies. The scanner operates on AM, WAM, NFM modulations and uses popular communication standards, such as CTCSS and DCS. Additionally, the transmissions are stabilized with a modern TCXO compensation system which increases the quality of use. The scanner may also be used as a wiretap detector and is able to decode encrypted sounds of conversations. The device is able to cooperate with many transmitters simultaneously – it is possible to record up to 1000 frequencies and select one of them as a channel for priority listen-in.
