The breath tester AL-4000V is a stationary device intended for conducting daily tests in public areas, such as pubs, universities, hospitals, fuel stations, etc. The device comes with an LCD screen, allowing to display e.g. commercials or short educational videos.

The AL-4000V breath analyzer features a police-grade electrochemical fuel cell sensor, performance of which is not affected by substances other than alcohol, such as tobacco, eucalyptus, menthol, or chemical fumes. Its housing is made from reinforced plastic, which allows to install the device in commonly accessed areas such as fuel stations, night clubs, or hospitals. A variant with metal housing is also available for purchase – this version requires an additional mouthpiece dispenser, for an additional fee.

The entire testing process is quite simple – upon inserting a coin, the user is guided step by step through the entire process with short notifications displayed on screen. Disposable mouthpieces (resembling drinking straws), available in the breathalyzer's dispenser, guarantee that the testing procedure is hygienic.

A 7" LCD screen allows to play short videos or commercials, which might be used as an additional form of income for the device's owner. The breath analyzer features 2 GB of built-in memory, and supports file formats such as MP3, AVI or JPG. The breathalyzer is powered with an external adapter, which enables 24 hour a day operation.

Coin-operated breathalyzers are an increasingly common source of additional income. With their accurate electrochemical fuel cell sensors, hygienic way of testing, trivial operation, aesthetic looks and durable construction, these devices can be installed in commonly frequented areas.

AL-4000 warranty and service

The warranty covers a period of 2 years on electronics parts and one year on the sensor. To take advantage of the warranty you are required to strictly adhere to the manufacturer's recommendations for calibration, which has to be done once every 1000 measurements and no less frequently than once a year.
