The Cocaine test is an effective method for identifying drug possessors and detecting attempts to smuggle prohibited substances.

Easy operation and quick results

The greatest advantage of the diagnostic Cocaine test is its ease of use and quick result appearing within 20 seconds. The kit consists of only two elements - a test strip and a swab for taking a test sample. There is no need for liquid reagents, ampoules or other items that would complicate the test. It is worth noting that both components of the test are safe for health and can be safely disposed of without the need for neutralizers or special sanitation procedures. However, the test does not give a completely reliable result - this is only possible during laboratory tests. Testing procedure
Take a cotton swab from the pouch and place it perpendicularly on the substance to be tested.
Rub the surface of the substance for approximately 15 seconds applying pressure to collect a sufficient amount of sample.
Remove the test cassette from the package, place it on a flat, clean surface. Press the swab with the test sample onto the marked test area and hold for approx. 2-3 seconds. The result should appear immediately or after 20 seconds.

Analysis and interpretation of results

A colour change can appear on the test strip, the swab or both depending on the type of sample and the type of substance detected. It is therefore essential to observe the swab and test strip. Depending on the purity level of the sample the intensity of the colours may vary. To interpret the results compare the colours obtained with the accompanying calibration sheet or instructions.

Disposal of test samples

You can dispose of all test pieces without using special neutralizers. They can also be sealed separately in airtight, dry containers for evidence purposes.

Reasons for incorrect test results can include: storing the test in leaking packaging, insufficient test sample, testing under unsuitable conditions (smoke, extreme temperatures, wind, rain), taking sticky or thick samples (silicone oil, candle wax, technical grease) or samples with the same colouring as the test colours (e.g. wet or dry paints, dyes, tea leaves.
