Detector of hazardous liquids in containers - SecurSCAN AT1000

The SecurSCAN AT1000 is a tool for rapid screening of liquids sealed in bottles, cans and other containers made of glass, ceramic, plastic and metal. The device uses quasi-static electromagnetic tomography to estimate the electrical parameters of liquids and classify them into safe or potentially hazardous categories.

The main advantage of the Hazardous Liquid Detector is the very quick verification of whether a container contains a potentially hazardous substance - flammable or explosive such as gasoline, ether, nitrobenzene, acetone, sulfuric acid or ethyl or methyl alcohol. The device has two sensors - one allows verification of the contents of bottles and ceramic containers in less than 1 s and the other allows verification of containers made of aluminum or steel - the analysis time takes about 8 s. It is possible to verify multiple containers without significantly reducing the flow of people through the checkpoint.

The scanner is very easy to use - just place the container to be tested on the sensor or slide the can into the tester opening. The device will automatically start scanning and display the result in the form of an alarming green light for a safe substance or a red light combined with an audible alarm if the liquid is of the hazardous group. The LCD screen displays the device's operating parameters and buttons are used to change the settings. With a USB and LAN port, the device can be connected to a computer and managed from software.
