The Sentech ALP-1 LITE breathalyzer is a cheaper version of the popular and proven ALP-1 model. The LITE model differs from its more expensive counterpart in the absence of MAX 30 software present in the standard version and a slightly changed appearance of the casing. The LITE version is also not available as a variant with a BT printer (operating wirelessly on Bluetooth). Functionality and parameters in both models are identical.

The four available modes of operation of the breathalyzer allow for effective use depending on the specific situation - among other things, it is possible to measure non-contact people who are unwilling or unable to take the test. This is a feature that police officers and security personnel in particular will appreciate. The breathalyzer also allows you to check the alcohol content of liquids, which comes in handy when protecting mass events.

  BREATHALYZER CALIBRATION

  Calibration of the breathalyzer is recommended after 1,500 measurements or every 12 months, which is much less often than for competing models in this price range. This reduces the operating costs of the equipment.

  HIGH PRECISION MEASUREMENTS

  The electrochemical sensor designed specifically for the older ALP-1 model has also been included in the LITE version is characterized by high precision. The device works in the measurement range from 0 to 4‰, with a measurement accuracy of 0.03%. The result is presented with an accuracy of 0.01‰.

  AIR FLOW SENSOR

  The ALP-1 LITE breathalyzer has an air flow sensor, which will check whether the amount of sample taken is sufficient for a correct measurement.

  FOUR OPERATING MODES

  The ALP-1 LITE breathalyzer can operate in one of four available modes:

  • automatic with disposable mouthpiece: involves automatic recognition of exhalation. It is necessary to blow min. 1.2 l of air (it is possible to change the amount of sample needed),
  • manual with disposable mouthpiece: the air sample is taken by pressing a button. This is a useful feature in situations where the person being tested does not want to be tested or is not capable of doing so,
  • passive automatic with non-contact mouthpiece – exhalation is recognized automatically. Blowing for about 2 seconds is required for operation. The result of the test is illustrated in text: PASS, if no vapor is detected, or FAIL, if detected,
  • passive manual with non-contact mouthpiece: the sample is taken after manually activating the function. The mode is useful for people who cannot take the test or refuse to test. The function also makes it possible to demonstrate the presence of alcohol in the liquid.

  MEASUREMENT COUNTER

  The device has a counter of measurements taken, which will make it easier to control the situation in case of long-term use. The breathalyzer will also inform the operator when calibration is imminent.

  EASY TO READ LCD DISPLAY

  Thanks to the display, operation of the device is intuitive both in daylight and at night. Easy operation guarantees efficient and comfortable use.

  RECORDING ON THE MEMORY CARD

  The breathalyzer allows you to save the measurements taken on a memory card. It is possible to export them in MS Excel format.

Service and warranty of the ALP-1 Lite breathalyzer
