The main features of the Dräger Alcotest 7000 electrochemical breathalyser

  One calibration per year

  Standard breathalysers require calibration every 6 months. Dräger Alcotest 7000 due to its exceptional measurement stability only needs to be calibrated once every 12 months.

• 

  Two measurement methods

  The device is designed so that both the mouthpiece and the funnel method can be used. The funnel method is used to determine whether there is alcohol in the breath and saves time when testing larger groups of people.

• 

  Extremely precise and fast measurements

  Thanks to the precise electrochemical sensor and DrägerSensor® , the measurement results are extremely precise and immediate, even at extreme temperatures (-10 °C to +55 °C).

  Connectivity

  The device is equipped with a Bluetooth module. This gives the possibility to connect to a dedicated mobile printer or smartphone to print out test results. It can also be connected directly to a computer using a USB-C cable to access archived results.

  High limit values

  The maximum blood alcohol concentration limit is as high as 3 mg/l, which is the equivalent of 6.00‰

  Archiving of tests

  Breathalyzer has a built-in memory, which allows you to store up to 30 000 tests.

  LCD display

  2,4" color backlit display shows information, allows to review archived tests and informs about the battery status.

Service and warranty for the Dräger Alcotest 7000 electrochemical breathalyzer

The alcotest warranty covers 2 years for the electronics of the breathalyzer and 1 year for the sensor. In order to benefit from the warranty, the manufacturer's instructions for calibration must be strictly observed. The calibration should be performed at least every 1500 measurements or at least once a year.
