Thermal camera UCF 9000 by Dräger is upgraded version of UCF 8000. There are following advantages of this improved model: more operation modes (9 against 3), additional digital zoom 4× and function to record and take photos in thermal and real mode. Thanks to this feature, the device is perfect for search and rescue, detection of hazardous leakage, firefighting and training documentation. The camera is equipped with unrefrigerated sensor of 384×288 resolution which provides with an excellent visibility in difficult conditions (thick smoke, fog, darkness) and high temperatures. Solid case protects the device from water, dust, damages and extreme temperatures.
384×288 sensor generates crystal clear image regardless of visibility conditions and surrounding temperature. The extended dynamic range will make it easier to detect people and objects even near fire.
The user may select between 8 image modes adapted to different types of actions both indoors and outdoors.
The camera is equipped with digital zoom 4x enabling careful inspection of the area. It is addition to standard zoom x2.
The camera records thermal and real image in a form of videos and photos. If the memory card becomes full within approx. 2 hours, then the camera automatically overwrites the beginning of the video.
Integrated laser pointer is designed to show other team members sources or hear and all important objects.
Thanks to this function it is possible to stop an image on the screen to give it a closer look.
The device may be operated with a use of one hand only. Convenient function keys may be quickly selected with your index finger or thumb.
Thermal camera UCF 9000 is fully protected from dust and water (according to IP67 class) and designed to be used in extreme temperatures: 20 minutes in 150°C and 10 minutes is 260°C .
Construction of the camera allows to use the device in potentially explosive environment including 1 Ex ATEX zone.
Powered by a lithium-ion battery, the device may be used to 4 hours in the temperature of 23°C.
