The Vortex Razor AMG UH-1 is the latest generation of the popular holographic sight. Those who have tried it once, know very well that collimators of this type set new, definitely higher standards compared to ordinary mechanical sights. No distortion and parallax

The holographic screen included in the sight is virtually flat. This makes it possible to avoid optical distortion at the periphery or when looking at an angle. Parallax error is virtually eliminated here.

Guiding can be done with one eye or both eyes. There is no need to precisely align the two-element sighting devices, as is the case with mechanical ones. This significantly affects the speed of entering the target.

Durability and resilience

The holographic screen also guarantees far greater mechanical resistance than standard collimators. Even if the optics are damaged, the holographic mark will be visible and will do its job. The aluminum construction of the sight is IPX8 rated. This guarantees resistance to shock, recoil and total immersion in water. The argon-filled chamber eliminates the possibility of internal evaporation. The outer lenses are covered with an additional protective coating ArmorTek - the manufacturer's technology - a coating that protects the outer lenses from dirt, dust and scratches.

Power supply

The viewfinder is powered by a high-performance CR123A battery for long operating time. The emergency power supply is a rechargeable LFP123A battery which we can charge via the built-in micro USB port. When the sight sign begins to "pulsate" it is an indication that the battery is running out. There are about 25 hours of operation left until fully depleted.
