This observation Kowa camera applies CMOS 2/3” converter which provides image in HD resolution (1080, 30fps). Highly sensitive matrix enables monitoring after dark. That is possible owing to the new type of sensor of the parameters similar to the most sensitive EMCCD matrix, the lighting requirements of which is 0.005 LUX. Moreover, the camera has an integrated sensitivity adjustment system that can work in automatic or manual mode and enables increase of sensitivity by 16 times and the WDR dynamics control algorithm. These features enable device operation in all conditions - it can work during the day as well as at night in very poor lighting. The day / night switch mode allows you to adjust the camera to the lighting conditions outdoors and enhance its effectiveness with the use of the IR lighting. Advanced noise eliminating algorithms guarantee clear image of good quality.

The Kowa camera is compatible with a wide range of CS-mounted objective lens Kowa brand also offers a wide selection of optics compatible with the camera, e.g. objective lens with the focal length from 25 to 1000 mm that are available in different functional versions with fixed or variable focal length, featuring auto-focus, manual or automatic aperture adjustment and zoom.

Kowa cameras and lens working together ensure clear and noise-free image with an ultimately minimized blur caused by the moving object even in very difficult lighting conditions, which is possible due to very low aperture values. With the 24-bit colour reproduction and high sensitivity of the camera you are able to obtain clear colour image that would reflect crucial details such as the face of a person in a car, behind the window or even green tree leaves behind the car, visible through two windows!
