Multifunctional detection device - ST-031M Piranha is an improved version of renowned ST-033 detector. It is a multi-purpose detection device capable of identifying and localising radio listening and surveillance devices (such as microphones and transmitters), analysing possible points of information leakage and monitoring security level.

The multifunctional ST-031M Piranha detector allows to identify and analyse acoustic vibrations in order to discriminate the natural ones from those possibly indicating threat.

• phone line transmitters, including pulse transmitters and devices utilising advanced signal modulation
• listening devices utilising cable installations and operating in very high frequencies
• microphones utilisng cable installations and operating in acoustic frequencies
• IR, UV  and ultrasound transmitters

Multifunctional detection device - ST-031M Piranha consists of three autonomous channels of detection, operating in different bandwiths. A highly specialised array of antennas, sensors and adapters allow to adapt the device to varying needs and conditions of surveillance device detection and analysis of information leakage channels. The device allows to process collected data in either oscilloscope, or spectrum frequency analysis mode with digital presentation of data. This listening device, transmitter and microphone detector is also able to identify any digital transmissions using communication standards such as GSM, DECT, Bluetooth, WiFi and more.

Ability to connect ST-031M Piranha to a computer allows for expansion of the device's already impressive capabilities of visualisation, analysis and recording of the collected data. A USB port can also be used to update the firmware of the device.
