Description
Quantum Sniffer QS-H150 portable explosives detector
Quantum Sniffer QS-H150 detector takes use of a patented vortex collector, which enables a simultaneous detection of both particles and vapours in the real time, in a physical contact with a substance or without it.

QS-H150 portable explosives detector is also featured with a continuous automated calibration. The device keeps monitoring the surroundings and register the changes which may take effect on the precision of measurement. While the device operates in a measurement mode it also makes automatically the appropriate corrections in calibration at the same time. A user is in no way engaged in this process, no other materials or pauses in operation are needed either.
During a detecting process the samples are taken by means of an air vortex. In the next step they undergo the photonic ionization and finally they are analyzed via ion mobility spectrometry technique. The presence of dangerous substances is signaled with a sound and visual alarm. Also the type of detected substances is displayed on the built-in LCD display. There's an option to connect to a keyboard and a screen to the device, what allows a user a convenient access to the spectrogram view and interface of analytic, diagnostic and administrational tools.
The detection of dangerous substances by the device is signaled immediately. The real-time detection technology highly reduces the possibilities of contamination a device and allows for a quick restoration of operability.
The cost of the consumables used by the detector has been reduced to the bare minimum, what makes the maintenance and operation processes be very money-saving. In fact, during everyday routine operation the device needs only maintenance and cleaning with the most popular and affordable cleaners, and exchange of a desiccant if need arises.
Quantum Sniffer QS-H150 is a device far more sensitive then the similar detectors. It can detect the vapours of the explosives at the threshold of single molecules, i.e. at the parts-per-billion or in case of solid mass at the micro quantity level of nanograms.
No licensing!
QS -150 detector doesn't use any radioactive substances and thus needs no certifications, licenses, authorized overhauls or special and embarrassing utilization procedures.

Implant Sciences
Implant Sciences was one of the world leaders in the manufacture of equipment designed to detect all kinds of hazardous chemicals - from drugs to explosives. The company was independently involved in the design and subsequent production of its equipment, ensuring the highest possible quality of the solutions offered. A distinguishing feature of the company's equipment was the use of non-radioactive ion mobility spectrometry systems. This made it so that no additional licenses were required for their use.In box
