SCG CFID - computer forensics tool, investigative analysis of data carriers

The Covert Forensic Imaging Device (CFID) is a portable computer science tool forensics, which is used to image, duplicate and erase data from disks, SD cards and mobile devices. It combines numerous forensic solutions in a single device, being effective both in laboratory conditions and during field operations.

Force multiplier

CFID was designed for the needs of special services, intelligence and detective agencies, the military. It is a universal tool for analyzing digital evidence from portable media and mobile devices. It offers:

• viewing the contents of SIM cards,
• SD card and USB flash drive data imaging,
• cloning files on iOS or Android devices,
• extract and display flight logs from DJI drones*,
• recovery of deleted data,
• file formatting,
• memory cleaning.

With such a wide range of applications, it replaces many tools, which translates into greater flexibility when carrying out operations and reducing the time to finalize it.

*For UAV operations, CFID enables the selection and process GPS records and metadata right after capture.

Plug and Play

Despite its professional purpose and advanced capabilities, CFID is very simple to use. All you have to do is connect it to the device you are checking. Each function can be managed through an intuitive touch interface. Acquired materials are saved in a folder created by the system and are labeled with the device reference number, date and time.
