Mini video screw camera BU-19 is a newer version of the popular BU18 video camera. Comparing to the previous model, BU-19 has been equipped with a bigger matrix, higher resolution and sensitivity.

The key feature of the device is the quality of the image which is extremely clear, sharp and saturated. This excellent quality was obtained with the built-in Sony CCD converter which is a core element of matrices installed in TV cameras or digital photo cameras.

The CCD Sony Super Had 1/3” sensor enables image recording in the resolution of 700 TV lines. Owing to the sensitivity of 0.005 Lux the device is able to generate video footage of excellent quality even in poor lighting conditions. The microphone in the BU19 model has been reeved on the outside of the camera, which enhanced the human voice recording coverage to up to 7 meters. The AGC (automatic gain control) system improved the audio quality and dynamically adjusts the device to the surrounding conditions (noise, wind and etc.).

The screw camera is powered by an external 5V power supply and its power consumption is just 180mA. To be able to use full functionality of the device you will need to buy one of the recorders PV-1000 Touch or PV-500 Lite 3 which will save the image generated by the video camera.
