SEEKER XDU is a professional state-of-the-art detector produced by the Americal company DetectaChem for counteracting terrorism. The sensor applied in the device enables testing of even trace amounts of substance samples. The detector can easily identify explosives produced both in a professional laboratory as well as those home-made.

The hand held explosives detector has been designed in line with the requirements of the American Department of Defence and global government agencies. The device features high-class automated colorimetric analysis system which guarantees effectiveness and false result level below 1%. Ergonomic design causes no discomfort while working with the hand held explosives detector. The device housing is coated with antiallergic rubber which not only provides firm grip but also serves as shock-absorber if you drop or hit the device. LCD display presents step-by-step instruction to follow in order to take the test. It’s an unquestionable advantage as it requires no long trainings for the operator to be able to conduct the tests.

Hand held explosives detector SEEKER XDU comes with special cards with unique barcodes for taking samples fro ma surface. Then, you place the card in the back slot of the device and break it. In not more then 90 sec you will see the result displayed on the screen. If the detected material is identified as an explosive, there will be a red alert displayed on the screen with the diagnosis of the identified chemical substance. Results are stored together with the card number, date, time and location of testing.
