Exploring land is not enough for you? Explore and document the underwater world! The award-winning Chasing Dory drone submerges up to 15 meters, and the dedicated app displays live video from the camera.
Chasing Dory records videos in full HD (1080p) resolution. The f/1.6 aperture lens, along with the True Color algorithm, guarantees satisfying visibility and sharp details in dynamic colors. In addition, dark areas are illuminated by two built-in 250-lumen LED floodlights that do not dazzle water occupants.
The underwater drone is connected via a signal cable to a floating buoy, which communicates with mobile devices via Wifi. To control the Dory, all you need to do is install a free app (compatible with iOS and Android). Its extensive functionality provides a real-time view of the camera's image, and also allows you to record it, decorate it with graphic filters and share it on social media.
Dory floats forward, backward and sideways. Thanks to a special propeller arrangement, it angles +/- 45 degrees. It has a depth lock that guarantees stability underwater. So the control is smooth, and the streamlined shape of the drone further facilitates maneuverability and speed.
The GPS in the buoy tracks the drone's position and informs you as soon as the drone disappears from sight. The design itself weighs just 1.1 kg and is palm-sized. It fits easily into a backpack, so you can take Dory on any trip. It does not resist water, which translates into better speed and maneuverability.
On a full charge, the drone runs for one hour. In dory's dual play mode, one person controls its movements, while the other operates the camera. Dory will work well for both recreational and professional detection of freshwater and saltwater. Anglers appreciate it for its ability to check the fishing grounds, and parents appreciate it for great fun with their children.
