Lawmate company expanded its offer with a digital video recorder A / V dedicated to digital camera BU18HD . Battery life is approximately 160 minutes while recording in Full HD, or unlimited in case of connecting to the constant power supply. Please note that the logger PV-500HDW only works with digital cameras and it is impossible to connect it to analog camera.
It is a very useful function as it allows to save the space on the memory card and time required for further recordings. If the motion is detected in the camera range the device immediately starts recording and the moments without motion are ignored.
The function of recordings overwriting allows for continuous recording, what makes it extremely useful in this particular case as one hour of recording occupies up to 6 GB.
Marking the recordings with date and time enables archiving of files, making them more reliable in the eyes of law during the court hearing.
The WiFi camcorder, which enables data transmission in a distance up to 50m. The steering of the device ma be either remote wireless using a mobile device with Android or iOS system. Therefore remote upload, as well as wieving or deleting files is possible.
Audio-video files are stored on removable microSD with capacity of up to 128 GB. It should be remembered that in case of cards of capacity above 32 GB they need to be formated to FAT32.

Comment : Thanks to the Wifi mode there's no need to even get near the device as it allows for remote upload, viewing and deleting the recorded material.
