Find Products in the shop

Start by browsing through our product range. Check out all categories section, or “Product applications” where typical use-cases with our products are displayed.

You can also use the search box located in the upper part of the page. After entering the search phrase, a list of search hits will appear with thumbnails of products.

Select a product from the list

After selecting a category on the site, a list of products will appear that are relevant to your area of interest. You can change the way in which the products are displayed. A list or a grid style, and sort them according to price, name, availability and many other characteristics.

By clicking on a product’s title or thumbnail image, or by clicking "View" you can find out more about the product.

Add products to the cart

When browsing on a product’s page, you can see the description, full specification, which accessories are required, find similar products and also find reviews that other customers left.

To make a purchase, select the quantity that you wish to purchase and click “add to cart”.

Go to the Cart

After placing a product in the cart, you can continue shopping and add other products.

To complete your shopping, open up the cart pop-up, which is in the top right corner of the page and click “Checkout”.

Cart – Step 1 – Summary

When you go to the checkout, you’ll see the items in your shopping cart along with the gross and nett prices, and the amount of VAT.

Here you can also use a discount code by typing its value in the "Enter Coupon Code" field.

Cart – Step 2 – Log in

On the login page you can register an account with Detective-store.com. If you’re already registered, you can log in by entering your email address and password.

Purchase can also be made without registration.

Cart – Step 3 – Address Details

In the third step you can verify the correctness of the delivery address and receipt details. If any changes need to be made, click on “Update details” to correct them.

You can also add a new delivery address, as well as select from a list of existing addresses that you provided earlier.

Cart – Step 4 – Delivery

There are different delivery options to choose from. You can choose standard UPS delivery or express delivery. Cost depends on your location.

Cart – Step 5 – Payment

On the payment page you can choose from several options such as a bank transfer or card payment. Items can also be paid in installments, and there are options for “cash on delivery”.

Please note that the payment options will vary and depend on selected delivery method.
