Delivery and Payments
All goods ordered at Detective Store are sent to the client from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 8:AM to 4:PM GMT +1.
In case of orders which include few items, the time of delivery will depend on the time when Detective Store obtains the last element of the order, unless the parties agree otherwise. We can send couple of parcels on client's demand.

Discreet parcel
Discreet parcel is a service provided by UPS company which means concealing all information about the sender on the parcel/waybill. Parcel does not suggest the content and source. Intentions of the client remain secret for other people. To use this servive, please:
- Choose one of two option
- Next, tick, on the bottom of the page, the option 'Please send the parcel as a discreet parcel' (the packaging will not contain information about the sender).

Payment options
1. Credit card prepayment - the easiest and fastest way to make a payment
2. Prepayment onto the account - for clients who prefer to log into the bank account on their own, or visit a bank or a post office. You can make a payment in following currencies: GBP (Great Britain Pound - £); USD (United States Dollar - $ ); Euro (€); Czech Koruna (Kč); Polish Zloty (PLN).
GBP (Great Britain Pound - £), USD (United States Dollar - $ ) and Euro (€) payments are available for every Client (all you need to do is choose a currency before submitting an order). If you wish to pay at Czech Koruna (Kč) or Polish Zloty (PLN) contact us via our online chat or email contact@detective-store.com
If you are making an international payment:
Please, note that our transaction is international. Therefore, there is an international fee between the banks which is not covered by our company. The international transfer fee should be added to the price of the product.
There are three payment fee options:1 .The beneficient pays the fee;
2. The transfer sender pays the fee;
3. The fee is charged by both sides.
While paying, you need to choose the option, in which only you pay for this fee (2nd option).
Receipt or VAT invoice
VAT invoice or receipt is included in the package. To obtain a VAT invoice, you need to fill in the 'Company' field in the form during the registration process, and give the required information about the VAT registrant. In Detective Store companies don't pay VAT so if you will buy as a company the price will be reduced.
