When buying at Detective Store your purchase is risk-free. We guarantee our customers the opportunity to exchange or return goods within 14 days after receiving the package. All we need is a copy of the receipt or invoice and a completed Return/Exchange form. Any returned product must be complete (with full equipment and accessories in their original packaging) and without traces of use. The Buyer pays for the return shipping – we do not accept COD parcels – and the equivalent shipping cost will be returned within 14 working days from the day we receive the shipment.
