Kowa's YF II series of ornithological binoculars are characterized by 100% waterproofing and perfection in workmanship. In addition, the binoculars are equipped with a powerful Repeliing lens system for a perfect image.

The YF II series of binoculars from Japanese manufacturer Kowa is a compromise between a perfectly designed Porro optics system and ergonomics and design. All optical elements of the YF II series are manufactured from Japanese eco-glass and the surfaces are multi-coated.

  PORRO SYSTEM

  The Kowa YF II series of binoculars uses the Porro prism system, thus achieving a very wide field of view while maintaining small glass dimensions. In addition, the optics with KR (Kowa Repelling) coatings provide a superbly reproduced real-life image.

  FOCUSING SYSTEM

  The manufacturer left the perfect design in the YF II series and did not change anything in it except the color while it focused on improving the ergonomics. The central focus knob has been slightly increased to quickly correct the image without having to take your eyes off the object under observation.

  The ergonomics and appearance of the ornithological binoculars have been designed to perfection. The optics and the shaft have been covered with rubber, providing a firm grip even in the rain.
