The Phanton game camera is another excellent model of the series of economical Covert trail cameras, known world-wide. The Phantom model is equipped with 60 invisible IR diodes, which provide imperceptible lighting of the area at night. The 58° view angle will cover a large area of the surrounding and a few devices cooperating at the same time will ensure unlimited watching possibilities. The cane is equipped with a PIR motion sensor, which activates the game camera when motion is detected within the sensor range, and when no activity is detected the camera enters a sleep mode.

  High quality recordings

  The CMOS matrix with 10PMx resolution which is the heart of the device, provides clear and high-quality images. The game camera provides clear image which can be used as an evidence in case of law infringement.

  Night image - IR lighting

  The Covert Phantom game camera is equipped with 60 IR diodes which illuminate the night image within the range of up to 25 metres. Owing to its functionality it is possible to adjust the light intensity and hence, reduce the range and power consumption.

  Activation upon motion detection

  The device has been equipped with a PIR sensor which activates the camera when motion is detected. The sensor sensitivity can be adjusted in 3 ranges. The view angle of the sensor is 58° and its coverage is about 20 m.

  Photo, video or photo & video

  Collected footage can be stored as photos, video recording or as a combination of these two functions.

  • photo – activation of PIR sensors takes from 1 to 10 shoots one by one,
  • video + photo –first a photo is taken and then the camera starts recording video,,
  • video – when motion is detected, the device starts recording video with the adjustable length of 5 to 60 seconds.

  Power supply and operation time of the game camera

  The Covert Phantom game camera can be powered by 4, 8 or 12 batteries AA, where the 12 batteries set provides the best efficiency and up to 5 months operation time in the motion detection mode.

  Marking recordings

  Photos and video recordings are marked with the date and time of the event, ambient temperature and moon phase, which is in particular useful for nature enthusiasts and for hunters.

  LCD colour screen

  There is a colour LCD screen hidden in the front part of the camera under a plug, allowing quick look through the collected material with no need to eject the memory card. The screen also displays the current battery status, number of the photos taken and the selected resolution.

  Password secured

  Covert Phantom is secured by 4-digit password which protects the game camera settings against unauthorised changes.

  Removable memory

  The material generated by the game camera is stored on removable SD cards with the maximum supported capacity up to 32 GB. The use can easily exchange the card to look through the collected material.
