PAC 6500 is a pocket-size gas leak detector branded by Drager, which enables you to instantaneously locate the gas leakage. Depending on the model it is possible to detect leakage of O2, H2S, SO2 and CO. The main component of the detector is a very sensitive and accurate sensor, which does not require replacement more often than every two years.
Gas gauges
In Detective Store offer you will also find gas gauges detecting volatilization of flammable hydrogen sulphide Drager 5500 H2S and Drager CO Carbon monoxide detector.
The PAC devices are very easy to use. The interface consists of just two large buttons and a screen that displays information about gas concentration.
One of the key features of the device is that it can be used in potentially explosive areas Z1 and Z2 (gas, steam, fog) explosion groups classified as IIA, IIB, IIC and in areas with temperature classes T1, T2, T3 and T4.
The notification system, whether through vibrations, light signals or sound signals, informs the operator about detection of a gas leakage. The LED diodes located at the top and at the bottom of the device are very well visible regardless of the detector's arrangement.
The most sensitive Drager XXS sensor has been applied in the device to guarantee the quickest possible measurement when compared to competitive devices. A key solution has been the two air-inlets system. Two air inlets prevent work from being discontinued if one inlet is accidentally covered.
The gas leak detector has a built-in memory that stores up to 60 indications. Thanks to the IrDA interface, it is possible to migrate the indications to a PC for further analysis of their occurrence.
