The Armasight Bit night scope is based on a monochrome CCD image sensor with a very high sensitivity to visible and infrared light. A digital image is then generated and displayed on an advanced AMOLED screen. The Armasight Bit’s versatile design allows you to use it in many night-vision applications, whether professional (for hunters, military), or amateur (ASG, paintball).

Built-in IR illumination means that this night scope will be particularly handy in variable lighting conditions, for example when observing regions that include spotlights that illuminate sensitive areas. It can also be used for daytime observations by hunters.

The lens system has 10× magnification and is uses high quality lenses with multilayer anti-reflective coatings to provide a clear, undistorted image. Attached to the night vision is an advanced IR810W infrared illuminator that allows you to work in total darkness and provides effective illumination over a distance of up to 600 meters. The Armasight Bit’s illuminator features beam width adjustment in the range from 2° to 30°, as well as power adjustment so that it can be easily adapted to suit the current conditions. Bit digital night-vision device can also be connected to an external monitor (with PAL or NTSC signal format) or to the optional Armasight DT dedicated DVR recorder.

With digital controls and an on-screen menu system, using the Armasight Bit is easy and intuitive. The user can change various settings and parameters such as adjusting the image brightness by using ergonomic buttons located in the ideal position on the body of the device. In addition, the kit includes a wireless remote that allows the night-vision device to be switched on or off remotely.
