Nyx-7 features advanced micro-channel plate (MCP) technology. The ejection of electron from photocathode onto micro-channel plate results in a recurring ejection of new electrons in geometric progression. This method enables to generate up to 50 000 amplification and provides excellent quality image even in difficult night conditions (clouds or low-light). Moreover, top quality optical system equipped with multi-layer anti-reflective lens coating guarantees clear and real image.

The built-in IR illuminator provides perfect image even in total darkness. Additional mounting adapter allows to attach auxiliary external illuminator with 100 m range. Thanks to effective shut-off system the night goggles can work for up to 60 hours with one battery! The whole structure is very durable and protects both user and device from unfavourable chance events. Automatic brightness control system protects user from being blinded by e.g. flash light. Moreover, specially designed intensifier protects the module from direct light.
