Camera detector ANTISVID-2 - cat's eye technology, IR beam, glass detection

The ANTISVID-2 camera detector is a device designed to detect and locate hidden video recorders. It uses the 'cat's eye' effect to find a recording device hidden anywhere: in a room, under clothing or even deep in a bag.

Detection in all conditions, even through glass

ANTISVID-2 is a device characterised by exceptionally high performance. Unlike many competing solutions, this model allows detection of electro-optical surveillance systems through even a window, toned and organic glass, as well as a translucent mirror.

Detection of unwanted instruments is highly sensitive, giving the user almost 100 per cent confidence in the success of the detection procedure.

Use of innovative optical technologies

The operation of the device is based on the use of the so-called 'cat's eye' effect. It relies on the ability of optical objects to reflect probe radiation in the opposite direction, at an angle close to the angle of incidence. The source of this signal is a semiconductor IR laser diode.

The reflected communication is recorded by a sensitive camera, based on an interlaced transfer sensor. The device is constructed based on a non-parallaxed optical scheme, i.e. one with alignment of receiving and transmitting channels.

Easy adjustment of the transmitting channel for best results

The transmitting channel - an IR laser beam - generates a vertical rectangular raster. It can be modified according to the distance of the object being monitored to obtain the most favourable image contrast.

Adjustment of the video focus is made by adjusting the camera lens.

Viewing with built-in binoculars

The user is able to view the detected devices thanks to special binoculars. To provide an even better experience, the body of the unit is equipped with a mount and connector for an external 5" LCD monitor (supplied on request).

In addition, the ANTISVID-2 is enhanced with an external CCIR video signal socket for connecting an external monitor, video recorder or computer (with video input card).

Operating time on a single charge of up to 2 hours

The unit is powered by a 12 V/3 AC/DC converter or a 4 Li-ion type 18650 3.7 V/3100 mAh battery. The charging unit and inverter are included with the purchase of the ANTISVID-2 camera detector.

One full power supply allows approximately 2 hours of continuous operation.

Convenient handling thanks to compact size

The instrument's dimensions of 230 mm x 160 mm x 80 mm and its light weight of 1.4 kg (without monitor) make it comfortable and effortless to operate. This is particularly useful during prolonged use.
