Armasight Avenger 3× Gen 2+ night vision thermal scope allows to conduct prolonged observation in difficult lighting conditions or even in complete darkness by using the attached infrared illuminator. It is compatible with the long-range XLR850 and IR850W illuminators.

  WATERPROOF, COMPACT HOUSING

  The water resistant body of the night-vision device is compact and made with durable aluminium, and features a special rubber armour that increases its resistance to external wear and tear.

  SUPERIOR IMAGING

  Utilising an MCP (microchannel plate), the Avenger thermal scope achieves a significant leap in image quality. Electrons emitted by the photocathode hit the inner surfaces inside the MCP, causing an exponential increase in secondary electrons to be emitted, resulting in up to fifty thousand-fold amplification. Generation 2+ devices allow observation even on moonless nights. They form part of the equipment that is issued for many armies around the world due to the high efficiency and good image quality, while maintaining a relatively low price.

  PROTECTION AGAINST STRONG LIGHT

  The optical glass elements feature multi-layer anti-reflective coatings, providing a very clear and undistorted image with 3-times magnification. The ABC (Automatic Brightness Control) protects both the image sensor against possible damage from excessively bright light, and also protects the user from being blinded by flaring.

  Armasight Avenger thermal scope is powered by CR123 batteries and allows them to be replaced quickly under all conditions.

  LONG OPERATING TIME

  Thanks to the device’s high efficiency, the thermal scope can work for up to 60 hours on a single battery (up to 40 hours for the ID version).
